This is a healthy, delicious breakfast or anytime meal!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/3 cup Diced Tomatoes
1/3 cup Diced Green Pepper
1/2 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp salt and pepper mix
Directions:
Wash and prepare vegetables. Sliced 1/3 cup of fresh mushrooms. Dice 1/3 cup of fresh tomatoes, 1/3 cup of fresh green pepper. Set aside. Beat 3 eggs in bowl. Melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium heat in frying pan, add eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper mix. Let eggs cook until set (solid on edges and middle). Turn omelette carefully,let cook 2 mins. Add shredded chedder cheese and vegetables. Turn heat down on low. Fold omelette in half,turning once after 2 mins. Let cook until cheese is melted. Remove from frying pan and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of FRENCH'S French Fried Onions.
